Stories that live on the big screen.

எத்தனை அன்போ, அத்தனை அறிவு
I gave myself to the art of cinema.
I am one of those few artists who have given themselves entirely to cinema — living for the art the way others live for a vow.

“A creation must be simple enough that scholars and ordinary people understand it alike. It must point to the moral paths the world walks today. It must be enjoyed and savoured by everyone.”

பல முகம் உண்டு, தமிழ் அகம் ஊறி விட்டால்…
I'm an independent writer, filmmaker and film-institute professor from Tamil Nadu — working across lyrics, stories, screenplays, direction, cinematography, editing and vocals.
What began as a Visual Communication project at Loyola College turned into fifty-plus independent productions — short films, music videos, telefilms, two published books, and a decade behind the camera and the cut.
Today I'm co-director and writer on the upcoming feature Miss Maggie, develop screenplays at Passion Studios, write original stories and micro-drama for Yaazhi Production House, teach filmmaking at Visualite Academy in Chennai, and lead creative for campaigns at Fourth Dimension Digital Media.
I didn't stay in one format. From a short film to a feature film, from a song to a screenplay, from a blank page to a finished frame.
Stories that live on the big screen.
Stories for the screens in our hands.
Words. Rhythm. Emotion. Impact.
Stories that build brands. Stories that connect.
From a thought to a script.
From imagination to the final frame.

The early years were not training for filmmaking.
They were filmmaking.
Classroom to camera. Idea to impact.
B.Sc Visual Communication student. Later, B.A History at Madras University.
A student project that moved from classroom to public screening.
A student production that grew into a larger theatrical experience at Prasad Studios.
Short films. Music videos. Cinematography. Writing. Performance. Books. Independent productions.
Some early works that shaped the journey
Every project was a classroom. Every frame, a lesson. Every story, a step forward.
Five places, one purpose — story. Different industries taught me different ways to understand an audience.

Yet to release. A journey of collaboration and craft.

Worked on feature film screenplays and story development.

Stories crafted for the digital generation.

Teaching the realities of filmmaking and nurturing new storytellers.

Campaigns. Brand storytelling. Digital strategy. Content that connects.
“Different industries taught me different ways to understand an audience.”
Every project, every collaboration, every set — a new lesson.

Short films, music videos, cinematography and performance — written, directed, shot, cut and sung across a decade of independent work.
Playlists
Two published works, each launched alongside a film release.
Published at AVM Studios alongside the release of the Kaliththolai music video — a short novel written between shoots.
Published at Prasad Studio alongside the Gajamugan music video — poems on love, land and language.
Story is the start. Experience is the fuel. A storyteller's mindset for the modern world.
I look for the person before the plot.
Every visual decision must make us feel something.
I think in frames while I write.
I understand how writing becomes performance, editing and pace.
A creative idea must connect — not merely impress.
AI is not the storyteller. It is another tool in the storyteller's toolbox.
